Cataloging Statistics (Edit)

1. Appleton Titles Ordered
   1. Open the III Cataloging Client
   2. Open Create Lists
   3. Select an empty list capable of holding at least 3000 records
   4. Click the Search Records button
   5. Name report
   6. Set Store Record Type to "Order o"
   7. Set Type to "o"
   8. Set Field to "Created Date"
   9. Set Condition to "between"
   10. Set Value A to first day of month
   11. Set Value B to last day of month
   12. Click "Search" button
   13. Number of records found is the number of titles ordered
2. Bibs Created (OCLC & III)
   1. Open the III Cataloging Client
   2. In the Client click Reports > Session Statistics
   3. Change Session Criteria to Cumulative Statistics
   4. Set users to: KB, CS. AP
   5. Set Date from to: previous month - current year
   6. Set To to: previous month - current year
   7. Click Refresh button
   8. Sum values for Record Type > Bibliographic and Created
   9. Open OCLC Statistics (www.stats.oclc.org)
   10. Expand Authorizations for KB, CS, AP
   11. Sum Update New Worldcat Record for prior month for each cataloger
3. Bibs Exported (OCLC & III)
   1. Appleton
      1. Open OCLC Statistics (www.stats.oclc.org)
      2. Expand Authorizations for KB, CS, AP and LM
      3. Sum Worldcat Exports
   2. System OCLC Libraries
      1. Expand Authorizations for OWLS
      2. Sum Worldcat Exports
   3. System Non-OCLC Library
      1. Expand Authorization for CL
      2. Sum Worldcat Exports
4. Original Cataloging 
   1. Open OWLSnet System Cataloging spreadsheet
      1. Enter value for previous month for APL original cataloging
      2. Enter value for previous month for all other original cataloging.
